- Temporary offers, Last Minute, Black Friday and all special promotions are considered "NON-REFUNDABLE RATE" and do not allow cancellations or changes to the dates of stay.
- Offers are not retroactive and do not apply in case of published rates older than 7 nights. advantageous compared to those already confirmed.

Information on Reservations
Reservations can be made from Saturday to Saturday. It is possible, subject to availability, to request midweek reservations, provided that the arrival or departure takes place on a Saturday.
The luggage service is available exclusively on Saturdays.

The discounts and offers apply to the SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE formula and are valid for stays of at least 7 nights. 

- The rates do not include the tourist tax currently € 2.50 per day for guests aged 12 and over for a maximum of 10 days..
- For requests in "Family Room"  a minimum of 3 full adult rates will be calculated regardless of the age of the participants in the trip. Reductions starting from the 4th bed, minimum 50%.
- Reservations can only be completed by sending a minimum 30% deposit, or the total balance, by bank transfer or credit card charge.
- Online reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card (NO RECHARGEABLE CARDS). For reservations confirmed manually by the Management, a 50% deposit is required.
- It is not possible to guarantee a precise room number.
- The balance of the stay is paid upon arrival. Ordinary and cashier's checks are not accepted;
- In order to use the services of the facility, as well as for security reasons, Guests must wear, from the moment of arrival, the identification bracelet applied at check in by the staff in charge;
- Free cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation within 14 days before arrival, the deposit and/or the balance will be fully refunded. Otherwise, the deposit paid will be retained as a penaltyCancellations must be sent by email to info@hotelvalleclavia.it Other methods will NOT be taken into consideration.
- For unfinished stays and uneaten meals, no cancellation fee is charged. no refund is foreseen.
- For last minute offers, black friday or temporary special offers there is no refund.
- To access the offers it is necessary to confirm the latter by the expiry date of the quote. Expired quotes and offers are not retroactive.
- The stay can begin, indifferently, with lunch or dinner on the day of arrival. 

The delivery of the rooms is guaranteed from 4.00 pm but, if they are ready earlier, we will gladly make them available.

It is possible to start the check-in procedures EXCLUSIVELY after having verified that all the scheduled check-outs of the day have taken place regularly and in any case not before 11.00 am. 

Subject to availability, it is possible to request a late check out by and no later than 2.00 pm at an additional cost of € 70.00 per room.

These regulations can be viewed by consulting our web pagewww.hotelvalleclavia.it in the “general conditions” section or you will find them displayed in our offices and common areas and are therefore considered fully accepted at the time of booking with the payment of the deposit and/or upon arrival at the facility for guests who do not make use of the booking procedure.

RESPONSIBILITY – INSURANCE

The Park Hotel Valle Clavia  declines all responsibility for thefts of any kind for  objects and/or money left unattended in the rooms or under the umbrellas and/or in the car, etc..

The Park Hotel Valle Clavia and the staff are not responsible for thefts or losses that may occur inside or outside the structure, nor are they responsible for damages in the event of temporary lack of gas, electricity, water or technical failures to the systems, for accidents caused by natural elements, such as wind, rain and similar, for falling trees, branches or pine cones or other plant parts in conjunction or not with atmospheric events, for accidents caused by guests or their equipment or mobile vehicles.

The Park Hotel Valle Clavia declines all responsibility for clumsy maneuvers carried out to enter or exit the parking lots and/or roads internal (hits to plants, branches, poles and walls of various kinds, etc.).

Any temporary suspension, due to technical reasons or force majeure, of services or ancillary activities, may not, under any circumstances, constitute a reason for revoking the reservation, or cause for termination of the relationship.

The Park Hotel Valle Clavia reserves the unquestionable right to make any type of structural and/or organizational changes within the accommodation facilities and may, at its sole discretion, access at any time the spaces entrusted as rooms and areas pertaining to the room, whenever it deems it necessary for reasons of urgency, maintenance, safety, control and inspection checks. The use of all sports equipment, and participation in the activities of organized entertainment, are at the user's own risk. 

Furthermore:

  1. Respect for the Environment: We ask you to protect the environment and use water and energy rationally during your stay.
  2. Electrical Voltage: The available electrical voltage is 220 V.
  3. Visits and Meetings: Business and courtesy meetings are permitted in the hotel's common areas (Hall, Bar), subject to prior notice to the management. Such meetings are not permitted in the rooms and must end by 9:00 p.m.
  4. Smoking Ban: It is smoking, lighting candles or similar are prohibited in the rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
  5. Responsible Use: Please use the rooms and equipment with care and diligence.
  6. Damage Reporting: Upon check-in, we ask you to notify us of any damage or poor service found.
  7. Communications: To contact the Reception, dial “9”. To call another room, prefix “3” to the desired room number. For Superior rooms, dial the room number directly.
  8. Liability: You are responsible for any damage caused to objects of the hotel, whether due to your fault or the fault of people for whom you are responsible.
  9. Soft All Inclusive Service:

   - Breakfast (mainly sweet prepared by our pastry chef) Buffet on the Panoramic Terrace from 07:30 to 09:30.

   - Lunch in the Restaurant Room from 12:30 to 14:00, with drinks included.

   - Dinner in the Restaurant Room from 19:30 to 21:00, with drinks included.

   - Open Bar Hall from 07:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 24:00 (excluding alcoholic beverages and canned/bottled drinks).

   - Beach Bar from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. (soft drinks on tap and slushes)

   - Bar Terrazzo from 21:30 to 24:00. (soft drinks on tap and draft beer)

   - Beach service starting from the third row, assigned based on the time of confirmation (the first two rows are available on request and for a fee see supplements).

  1. Dress Code in Common Areas: It is good practice to enter common areas (Hall, Bar, SalRestaurant, Breakfast Room) with appropriate clothing, respecting other guests.
  2. Safe: The rooms are equipped with a safe for the storage of valuables. You can request the key at the reception, leaving a refundable deposit of € 20.00 for the Standard and Family Rooms. The Superior rooms have a safe with a customizable electronic code. The hotel assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to objects left unattended.
  3. Pets: Only one pet per room is allowed (up to 10 kg, must be on a leash). They are not allowed in the breakfast room, restaurant, amphitheater and swimming pool. On the beach, they are only allowed in the last two rows.
  4. Hours of Stay: The stay begins at 13:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. Beach Service (where included) is guaranteed from 13:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.
  5. Room Assignment: Rooms are guaranteed starting from 16:00. If available, we will be happy to assign you the room earlier, but not before 14:00.

Pets are welcome in our hotel.
Here are the rules for accepting our 4-legged friends: 

Our hotel has always accepted animals (dogs and cats), but out of respect for other guests and for common hygiene rules, owners must guarantee compliance with the rules listed below

- Pets are allowed in our hotel, upon prior notification;
- The cost of the animal's stay is a one-off fee of 100.00 EURO, due to a more frequent room cleaning. thorough and with adequate detergents and sanitizers compared to normal;
- Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed, they must not exceed 10 kg in weight;
- In the common areas of the hotel, animals must be kept on a leash or in their own carrier;
- It is strictly forbidden to let dogs do their business or take them to any of the green areas of the Hotel.
- A maximum of one pet is allowed in each room;
- The customer must be adequately equipped for the well-being of their animal, including carriers and travel kennels;
- It is It is absolutely forbidden to let your pet climb onto beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.;
- They are not allowed in the breakfast room and restaurant, amphitheater and swimming pool;
- Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms;
- Your pet must be accustomed to living in the house and in a clean regime. If your pets cause too much mess, you may be asked to pay a supplement. Dogs barking or cats meowing can disturb other guests;
- For reasons of safety and comfort of your pet, the maid will not clean the room if your pet is left unattended. If you are present during the time the maid is present in your room, your pet must be on a leash or in a cage. Please contact the maid regarding the appropriate time for cleaning the room;
- Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage that may arise from animals.
- You can access the beach with your 4-legged friends by reserving the umbrellas dedicated to them; it is not possible to reserve the umbrellas in the first two rows.

Soft All-inclusive rates include

  1. Full board, with Italian breakfast buffet; lunch and dinner with seasonal vegetable side dishes buffet, both hot and cold, choice of 4 first courses served buffet style; 4 second courses served at the table, fruit for lunch and dessert for dinner served at the table, Bottled house wine, water on tap, beer and soft drinks on tap at will.
  2. Bar Hall (Opening hours: 7.00 - 15.00 and 16.00 - 24.00) with unlimited consumption of soft drinks and beverages  on tap, draft beer, coffee, hot or cold tea, ice cream in a cup, aperitif in the afternoon (at set times).

NOT INCLUDED: alcoholic and spirits, soft drinks and bottled/canned water and anything not specifically mentioned in the INCLUDED section.
Terrazzo Bar (Opening hours: 9.30 pm - 12 am) with unlimited consumption of soft drinks and draft drinks, draft beer.
Beach bar (Opening hours 9.00 am - 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm - 7.00 pm) with unlimited consumption of water, granitas and non-alcoholic draft drinks
COFFEE AND ALCOHOL ARE NOT SERVED AT THE BEACH BAR   
The Bar Terrazzo and the Beach Bar are open from 01.06 to 06.09.

For hygiene reasons, the staff is NOT authorized to fill personal bottles/flasks from the dispensers.

  1. Beach service 150 meters away, private beach, equipped with 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room (regardless of room occupancy), canoes, pedal boats, changing room and bathroom.
  2. For bookings in the Soft All Inclusive formula, umbrellas, from the 3rd row onwards, are assigned by the management based on the confirmation date.
  3. The beach service is guaranteed from 1.00 pm on the day of arrival until 12.00 am on the day of departure.
  4. Equipment and services: swimming pool equipped with sun loungers (subject to availability, not bookable and not usable with towels and/or personal items), children's pool (Opening hours: 8.00-13.00 and 16.00-19.00) Multi-purpose tennis/football field: use during the day; bowling green, children's play area, table tennis. The use of the fields is prohibited during the afternoon quiet hours from 14.00 to 16.00.
  5. Luggage service guaranteed only on Saturdays.
  6. Fenced and monitored car park, not covered, not guarded.
  7. Daytime and evening entertainment. Daily program that includes sports and contact entertainment, on the beach, with group dances, water aerobics, aerobics, evening shows in the splendid setting of the panoramic terrace. Miniclub (4-10 years), Junior Club (10-17 years).

Drinks with meals.
- Equipment and services: swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, children's pool. Tennis, five-a-side football: use during the day, of the multipurpose tennis/five-a-side football pitch; bowling green, children's play area, table tennis.
- Luggage service guaranteed only on Saturdays.
- Internal, fenced and unattended car park.
- Daytime and evening entertainment. Daily programme that includes sports and contact entertainment, on the beach, with group dancing, water aerobics, aerobics, evening shows in the splendid setting of the panoramic terrace. Miniclub (4-10 years), Junior Club (10-17 years).

Rates do not include any tourist tax.

For the B&B and Half Board formulas, the beach service is not included, it is possible to reserve it during the booking phase or directly upon arrival subject to availability at an additional cost of €25.00 per day.
